The story of this festival and when it starts in the international Week of Literature and Humor Humor Graphic Bilbao, called "The Laugh of Bilbao, Bilboko Barrea" and will open its doors on Wednesday, created with the aim of continuity and the challenge of becoming the benchmark of the state and Europe. Last festival I went to one that was in the bullring of Bogota and it was amazing because it was like gosts, were hung from a crane with very impressive special effects, and in the arena all people into the wave, and did the wave as seven times until we got tired, I was with two friends and his mother and had a very rich , and it showed a lot of effort that made all this.
